In 2023

a certificate of vaccination against Rhino (equine herpes virus) and influenza will be required for each horse participating in events sanctioned by Cheval Québec (competitions, gatherings, etc.)

For all equestrian events, the certificate must indicate the official name of the horse used during the event as well as the date of administration of the vaccine.

The vaccine booster must have been administered to the horse for more than 7 days before the date of participation in the event.
